Coat of Arms

Not being an expert in this field this section may be totally wrong - but all of the examples of arms found for the various Strangeways families seem to be based one common design. Whether this means they are all branches of the same family or if unconnected families have simply copied earlier designs I cannot say.

The coats of arms found all have a common armorial design; two lions with three red bars. The General Armory seems to support these results more...
